Artist's Comments

What's the point of art? Is it to sit isolated in a case in a rich person's room for his sole enjoyment? Should it be in a free museum for everyone to see? Or maybe it should be painted on the side of a building or a billboard.

I don't know.

One thing I do know though, art is the greatest inspiration of other art.

Thanks ~boesepetra for providing me a view I might otherwise not have seen.

Nice shot!
I like how the black and white gives it that high contrast of light and shadow (I know that sounds redundant, but I'm sure you know what I mean). Violette really offers some interesting views. You might want to consider the ivy on the bricks outside, too (unless they've cut it all down :( ).

Do you shoot film, or digital, just out of pure curiosity? (I've done both, and just wonder what other people prefer)

All the ivy's still there, as far as I know.
And thanks for the compliments. Yeah, it is interesting, I personally find the layout annoying for trying to figure out what classes are where, but I manage.

And I shoot both, but far more digital mostly because it's so much cheaper. If I was in St. Louis I would shoot more film, but up here it's such a pain because no one will develop it, so I have to go home or ship it off. I vastly prefer shooting film though.
